🖖 Who’s Coming

Everyone with a ticket can come in.

At 18:00 the doors are opened for showcasers to set-up their booth.
At 19:00 the VIP hour (19:00-20:00) starts. Typically, visitors represent platforms, investors, press and publishers.
At 20:00 the doors open for Early Bird registrants. These are primarily peers from the industry.
At 21:00 the doors open for everyone else. Due to safety reasons we can not allow everyone access. Full is Full.

🎁 What you get

You get:

1 bar table per showcaser.
1 power socket per table.
50 euro worth on drink tokens

📦 What to bring

Make sure to bring your own gear! This is not mandatory, just a suggestion for a good booth.

Your own computer with your game on it.
Bring a local version of the game (there is no wifi!)
Extension cables (min 6meter)
Additional power strips.
Headphones.
If you need WIFI, bring your own hotspot.
Black tape to fix loose wires
Business cards / flyers of the game
A banner (max 1.20m x 2.00m)
Tip: if you fly try to get one of these 60cm broad. They’ll fit in your checkin baggage. Or you could get a flightbag and fit in there with your suitecase.
One screen (Max size = 42 inch)
(We don’t help out with rental services. Either bring one, or buy a screen in SF).
