Here is the information to build up your showcase spot. To keep it affordable, we highly depend on you to BYO.

We keep spots affordable because we bring in a big crowd. This means there is no room for seating. Obviously if you have condition that does not allow you stand for 4 hours, you can bring your own stool or let us know in advance.
Who’s coming?
18:00 – 18:45 Build up
Set up your station. One ticket is good for one person. Get 20:00 tickets for additional team-members (and sneak them in during build up).
19:00 – 20:00 VIP Hour
This hour is for invited guests only. We invite publishers, investors, platform reps, press and event sponsors. It is your best chance to have focused conversations and show your game.
20:00 – 21:00 Early Bird
Doors open for game professionals with 20:00 tickets. Your peers, friends and colleagues.
21:00 – 23:30 Late Arrivals
Doors open for everyone. The venue tends to fills up fast. That is why we use a one-in one-out policy once we hit capacity.
