How do you include or improve the representation of socio-cultural minorities in games? What’s their added value, is it worth the effort and what are risks involved when designing for these less represented perspectives in games?

During Games [4Diversity] Café, game developers mingle and share ideas about improved representation. Sometimes we invite a speaker to discuss the merits of a certain perspective.
